We use music from all genres and decades. High Fitness consists of simplified aerobic moves with added HIIT, toning, and Barre moves mixed in. High FitnessĪ fun new twist on traditional aerobics. Two classes offered every Wednesday at 1pm and 2pm. Learning basic steps like the vine, rock steps, waltz, weave and cha-cha. It’s a fun class using all kinds of music.
